At Zest BillPay, we strive to ensure that your utility and bill payments are processed smoothly and securely. However, in rare cases where issues arise, the following Refund and Cancellation Policy applies:
1. Payments Are Final
Once a payment is successfully initiated through our platform, it is considered final and non-cancellable. We do not allow cancellations for transactions that are already processed or in progress with the respective service provider.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be initiated only under the following circumstances:

The amount has been debited from your account, but the transaction did not reach the intended service provider.

A technical failure occurred during the payment process.

You were wrongly charged due to a system or human error.

Duplicate payments made for the same bill or service.
3. Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

Report the issue within 72 hours of the transaction.

Share transaction details (payment ID, date/time, service name, amount).

Once verified, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method used.
4. Cancellation Policy

Transactions cannot be cancelled once initiated unless explicitly allowed by the biller or provider.

If a transaction is pending or failed, cancellation will be automatic, and no deductions will be made.
5. No Cash Refunds
All approved refunds will be returned via the original payment mode only. No cash or offline refunds will be processed.

If a refund is denied and you believe it to be an error, you may escalate the issue to our grievance team at:
